In order to gain employment with FCLS Ltd you MUST meet the following requirements

 as set forth by the NB Department of Social Development:

Applications that do not meet these requirements will NOT be considered.

All persons in the employ of FCLS Ltd MUST:

• have a valid standard Emergency First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary
  Resuscitation certificate. Certification must be renewed prior to expiry date

• comply with the terms of the Social Development Record Check and Criminal
  Record Check.

• be nineteen (19) years of age or older 
  

•  Home Support Worker Program, or
•  Special Care Home Worker Program, or
•  Health Care Aid Program, or
•  Human Services Program, or
•  Nursing Assistant Program

or

2) a Degree* in one or more of the following fields

• Psychology

• Gerontology

• Nursing 

or

3) An equivalent course to the Human Service Counselor certificate course (upon approval by the Departement of Social Services).

* A degree in progress is often acceptable.  You must have completed your 2nd year and still be actively pursuing your degree.
